My research will focus on the intersection of theory and practice concerning how individuals safely and productively sustain their identities within their workplaces and the consequences of these various identities in organizations. Specifically, my empirical research looks to unveil the larger role of organizational influence on society. Based upon my past experiences and future empirical research, I hope to add a unique voice to the academic discourse.
